Racing Behind Closed Doors in 2020

Cartmel Racecourse has been allocated three race day fixtures to take place Behind Closed Doors. All other fixtures have been cancelled for 2020. The three dates in question are Sunday July 26th, Friday August 7th and Sunday August 23rd.

We are delighted to be awarded these dates, as it allows the track to support Northern racing and those Owners and Trainers who run horses specifically for our Summer Jumping Season.

However; please note that it is not possible as a member of the public, to watch the racing in person or attend the racecourse on these dates. Please help us and the village of Cartmel by not attempting to visit. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when it is safe to do so.
