Cartmel racecourse has long been the venue of choice for birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations of all kinds – so it is only right that William Hill should choose to celebrate their 80th year in business at the Lake district track.
Britain’s biggest bookmaker will be supporting two races on the bumper Bank Holiday programme including the £20,000 Willaim Hill 80th Anniversary Handicap hurdle and the £12,000 On Your Mobile Handicap Steeplechase.
Total prize money for the day will be £65,000 making this the most valuable day’s racing of the season.
