Cartmel Champion Trainer to Stage Open Event

Jimmy Moffatt, recently crowned the champion trainer at Cartmel for the 2015 season, will stage an open event on Sunday 27th September at Pitt Farm Stables, Cartmel. All are welcome, read on for more details...

The event is due to get under way at 11.00am and members of the public will have the opportunity to see the horses, meet the jockeys and speak to the trainer.

Refreshments will be served, so while it is not necessary to let anyone know you are coming in advance, if you have an opportunity to e-mail your likely attendance to info@cartmelracecourse.co.uk,  it will help with catering arrangements.

There is also a medieval fayre taking place in the village, in and around the Priory,,, so there will be plenty to see and do.

And if you're interested in taking a small interest in a horse, why not ask on the day about the syndication options available for racehorse ownership?
