Over the past couple of weeks we have made contact with many of our regular supporters, to talk about the way forward for racing this year and the new requirements for those visiting a race day with us for this year. The main change is that everyone on site must be registered in advance, with their personal details. We have invested in making updates to our technical systems, so that all new bookings can easily be made and details entered straight away. But for those bookings which were transferred over from last year (for which we remain grateful) we have to re-connect with the booker and gather specific details.
The terms and conditions and code of conduct on our website – both of which must be read before purchase, have been updated and we urge you to keep an eye on this section of the website to see any changes made. You may be asked on arrival at the racecourse if you have read, understood and agree to these terms, so please do keep checking-back.
All in all – we know these changes may seem like a real challenge, but we want to make sure we follow all guidance and legislations and still produce a great day out for everyone. We hope you understand. Thank you in advance.
